Get Paid Right From Your Repair and Parts Orders

RoadSync Checkout connects to Karmak Fusion, so payment happens inside the workflow your shop already runs. Look up a repair or parts order in Fusion, pull it into RoadSync in one click, and collect payment with every tender your fleet customers carry.

Cards and ACH are the easy part. Fleet customers also show up with fuel cards and fleet checks (Comdata, EFS, WEX, T-Chek, Comchek, QuikQ) and RoadSync takes all of them in the same flow. When the payment clears, the status posts back to the RO / parts order in Karmak automatically. No second system to update. No reconciliation cleanup at the end of the day.

RoadSync has spent years handling payments for heavy-duty repair and roadside work.

What We Do

One-Click Repair / Parts Order Import

Search by RO or parts order number, invoice number, or customer name, then import unpaid orders straight into RoadSync Checkout. Parts, labor, tax, and totals come across exactly as Karmak has them, so the amount your customer pays matches Fusion to the penny. Attach the PDF if you want it on the receipt.

Accept What Fleets Carry

Credit and debit cards, ACH, fuel cards, and fleet checks in one flow, with no extra hardware. When a driver hands over a Comchek or an EFS code instead of a card, you take it and move on instead of sending the invoice to collections.

Automatic Payment Write-Back

Full and partial payments post back to the repair / parts order in Karmak as soon as they clear, and refunds post as negative line items. Your financial records and your operational records stay aligned without anyone keying them twice.

Defend Every Dollar

Digital work-order authorization gets the customer on record before the work starts. RoadSync’s chargeback tools give you the documentation to fight a dispute months later. An optional Chargeback Defense program protects you against friendly fraud. You did the work. You should keep the money.

Support That Picks Up

24/7 U.S.-based support. Trucks break down at 2 a.m., so someone answers at 2 a.m.

FAQs

What does RoadSync do for shops running Karmak Fusion?

RoadSync Checkout imports repair and parts orders from Fusion, collects payment across cards, ACH, fuel cards, and fleet checks, and posts the payment status back to the repair order or parts invoice automatically.

‍

Which payment types can I accept?

Credit and debit cards, ACH, major fuel cards including Comdata, EFS, WEX, and T-Chek, and fleet checks such as Comchek. All of them run through the same checkout flow.

‍

How does RoadSync help me handle chargebacks and disputes?

Digital work-order authorization gets the customer on record before work starts, and the authorization, itemized invoice, and receipt stay attached to the repair order and parts invoice. RoadSync also offers Chargeback Defense, an enrollment program covering eligible fraud chargebacks, with a dedicated chargeback team that works each case and a portal where you track status and outcomes.

‍

How does RoadSync differ from traditional credit card processors?

Most processors handle cards and ACH. RoadSync adds the fuel cards and fleet checks that fleet customers actually carry, plus work-order authorization and chargeback defense built for roadside and heavy-duty work, and working capital sized on the volume you already process.
