Three days of learning, connection, and momentum in St. Louis — highlighted by live product innovation and the launch of the Karmak Alliance Program.
(Carlinville, IL – October 27, 2025) — Karmak, a leading provider of business management solutions for the heavy-duty trucking industry, concluded its annual user conference last week at the iconic Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri. The multi-day event brought together customers, partners, and industry leaders from across North America for three days of learning, connection, and momentum.
Karmak continues to set the benchmark for excellence in bringing the industry together. This year’s conference saw a 36% increase in first-time attendees, highlighting the continued value of in-person connection and collaboration. Attendees took part in more than 70 educational and discussion-based experiences built directly from customer feedback and joined over 170 one-on-one sessions focused on helping customers optimize performance and get the most from their Karmak Fusion business system.
“Partnerships built on trust, sharpened by challenges, are what drive this industry forward,” said Jim Allen, President & CEO of Karmak. “Each year, this conference reflects that spirit. It brings us together to connect, learn, and grow as an industry. Technology is evolving faster than ever, and AI, automation, and connected data are transforming how we work and lead. At Karmak, we believe innovation only matters when it’s applied with purpose. AI isn’t here to replace people; it’s here to empower them. We’re using it thoughtfully, responsibly, and always with our customers’ success in mind.
“No one shapes the future alone. It will be defined by the strength of our partnerships and the ideas we turn into action, one mile, one breakthrough, and one great relationship at a time.”

The event was filled with positive energy and collaboration, as Karmak showcased cutting-edge product innovations and live demos highlighting how every enhancement to its platform ties back to one simple question: How does this impact ROI for our customers? The company’s product strategy continues to focus on driving efficiency, profitability, and connected performance for every business that runs on Karmak solutions.
“While others are still talking about taking their first steps toward AI and innovation, Karmak already walked that path,” said John Cowan, Senior Vice President of Business Solutions at Karmak. “We’re not experimenting, we’re executing. We’re building the future with first-to-market innovations and real applications that are already delivering results for our customers.”
Karmak Alliance Program Launch
Adding to the momentum, Karmak also debuted its new Karmak Alliance Program, a strategic initiative designed to strengthen relationships and increase customer confidence in Karmak’s partner network. The new partner classifications provide structure, clarity, and strategic alignment to Karmak’s exceptionally robust third-party partner ecosystem.
The Karmak Alliance Program launch was supported by more than 50 exhibitors, each showcasing technologies and services that complement Karmak’s solutions and help drive innovation across the industry.
Looking Ahead
The conference also featured a keynote conversation between Karmak CEO Jim Allen and Korey Neal, CEO of K. Neal Truck & Bus Center, whose message on leadership, resilience, and passion encouraged attendees to find purpose in their work, embrace the process, and focus on what they can control as they navigate the road ahead for the trucking industry.
As the event concluded, one thing was clear: Karmak continues to empower the industry through a shared commitment to innovation, connection, and growth.
