Analytics (OTC)

Fusion automatically exports your customer and parts sales data to DTNA for use with their Analytics dealer reporting system.

eInvoice and eASN

Parts invoices are automatically brought into Fusion and optionally posted into Accounting, saving time and reducing data entry errors. Receiving is more efficient using the advance shipping notice provided by DTNA.

ePIX

Karmak processes the latest parts pricing updates from DTNA and makes prices available immediately. Fusion continues to adapt as DTNA pricing updates evolve to ensure accuracy.

Excelerator

Fusion integrates with DTNA Excelerator, including the Guest Shopper feature. Customers can look up parts, check pricing and availability, and place orders online. Orders are created in Fusion without rekeying, printed for warehouse picking, and updates are sent back to DTNA for customer visibility.

Express WriteUp

Service writers use DTNA’s mobile app to collect write up information and send it directly to Fusion to open repair orders or quotes without retyping.

Financial Reporting

Month end financial statements can be securely transmitted from Fusion to DTNA with only a few keystrokes after statement creation and maintenance.

Paragon Parts Order Entry (PPOE)

Finalized purchase orders are exported directly from Fusion to Paragon PPOE. Dealers can flag critical parts with Vehicle Down indicators to trigger expedited DTNA processing, supporting faster repairs and improved uptime.

Parts Orders

Fusion exports parts orders and returns for import into Paragon, eliminating duplicate entry and reducing errors.

Pinnacle Fleet Solutions (Corcentric POS)

Fleet customers using Pinnacle Fleet Solutions can charge parts and repairs directly at point of sale. Price verification, authorization, and settlement occur in real time, with invoices transmitted securely for payment.

RIMpro

Fusion sends parts sales, demand data, purchase orders, backorders, and supersession history to DTNA. Suggested orders are returned to improve inventory performance and save time.

Service Tracker

When customers use Karmak’s Truckmore app to submit service requests, they are automatically created in Service Tracker and Uptime Pro.

Techlane

DTNA’s Techlane service tool uses the same data feed as Uptime Pro to support technician efficiency. Future plans include Unity Pro API integration to update technician notes in Fusion.

Uptime Pro

Fusion service activity and updates are retrieved by Uptime Pro, allowing service progress to be reviewed and managed throughout the repair process.

VIPS (Truck Specs)

Truck specifications are imported from DTNA into Fusion Sales or Service. Configurable mapping allows manufacturer data to populate unit characteristics, components, and static fields.

Warranty Claim Submission (OWL)

Fusion supports DTNA warranty claims through OWL, providing a user friendly front end for claim entry. Dealers can manage multiple locations under one login while reducing steps and improving claim efficiency.
