Flexible Report Building: Flexible displays help to quickly highlight problem areas. Data can be rearranged and sorted on the screen. Create custom dashboards and view multiple reports per screen. Views can be shared between companies to help others in the industry gain a network for better reporting. Thresholds and indicators can be set within reports to notify users of scenarios they deem as important. Concise views can be linked to more detailed views to allow drill down capabilities.
Analytical Tools: Analytic tools consolidate data for an enterprise-wide view of a business. Sales and profit figures can be monitored by invoice and by day, compared against budgets.
Automatic Updates and Emails: Business Intelligence is integrated with Microsoft Excel. Data can be uploaded into Excel with the click of a button, and can be scheduled to automatically update and email reports.

Paperless Archiving: Archive your documents electronically and save the time and expense of printing reports. Assign reports to be viewed by staff members and they will be visible in a browser to be reviewed, emailed or printed. Import other non-Karmak documents such as spreadsheets, pictures and receipts for quick access to important paperwork. Search across all documents for files that include specific text inside of the document. For example, search for part numbers, account numbers or other specific data. Quickly find archived invoices, documents by customer number, or order number.
Integrated with Karmak Fusion: Business Intelligence is fully integrated with the Karmak Fusion business system, providing detailed reports for all accounting, parts inventory, sales, service and lease/rental functions.
