  • Mobile Service Writer—Allows service writers to quickly open repair orders on a Tablet PC as vehicles arrive on site.
  • Scheduling—Optimize resources by easily managing service schedules and dispatching appointments.
  • Technician Suite—Make technicians more productive by bringing technology tools to the bay.

Part Sales & Inventory Control

  • Internet Parts Sales (IPS)—Sell parts by allowing your customers to check price and availability and place orders over the Internet.
  • Bar Coding—Speeds up the receiving process and provides more accurate parts inventory records.

Dashboard Reporting

Additional ProfitMaster programs, including Lease/Rental Management, Parts Inventory Management, Accounting Management, and Customer Relationship Management are being developed. These programs, when available, will be fully integrated with Karmak business systems. While development continues, Karmak is offering the new system along with the current Karmak Legend® or INFO 5® business system modules.
