Karmak Names New Director of Customer SupportCarlinville, Illinois, January 13, 2009 — Heavy-duty technology provider Karmak, Inc., has named Lloyd Healy as the new Director of Customer Support. In this position, Healy is responsible for customer support, consulting, and order processing at the company’s Carlinville, Ill., and Springfield, Mo., offices. He will oversee a team of professionals specializing in areas such as parts, service, accounting, and lease/rental software applications, as well as computer systems, vendor communications, business systems consulting, and database management. Healy joined Karmak in April of 2006 as the Product Manager for the ProfitMaster Real-time Performance Monitor software product. He brings extensive management experience to his new role, including 16 years as Personnel Director with Coastal Corporation, an energy company headquartered in Houston, Tex. Healy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Illinois State University and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. About Karmak ### |
