Greg Holcomb Named Director of Customer Services at Karmak; Brad Ambuel Replaces Holcomb as Manager of Sales Services

Carlinville, Illinois (October 26, 2006) — Karmak, Inc. has selected Greg Holcomb as the company's new Director of Customer Services, reporting to Mike Kirk, the company’s Vice President of Operations. In addition, Karmak’s Brad Ambuel has succeeded Holcomb as Manager of Sales Services.

“I’m very excited to have Greg in charge of our customer services groups in Carlinville and our ProfitMaster Services group in Springfield, Mo. Greg has years of experience in upper management, and handles both personnel and administrative responsibilities extremely effectively. The positive results that he has generated in his former positions within the company make him more than adequately qualified for this position. Greg has shown excellent leadership abilities that are vital to the position of Director of Customer Services and I’m looking forward to working with him in his new position,” said Mike Kirk, Vice President of Operations at Karmak.

Regarding his new position, Holcomb states, "I am looking forward to the opportunities and challenges the position presents and excited to be able to continue working closely with Karmak customers and staff in providing the best service available in the industry."

Holcomb joined Karmak in 1996 as Human Resources Director, and held this position for six years. Holcomb returned to Karmak in 2005, and has since held the positions of Manager of Consulting and Manager of Inside Sales and Marketing.

Brad Ambuel has been with Karmak for nine years, most recently as an Inside Sales Representative.

Concerning his appointment, Ambuel said, “I'm excited about my new responsibilities as Manager of Sales Services. As an Inside Sales Representative within the Sales Services department for many years, I believe that I can effectively guide an already outstanding department to effectively meet the needs of every customer.
