Karmak to Provide Ford Integration through Dealer Integration Network

Oxlo Expands Into Truck Industry

Carlinville, Illinois (April 24, 2007) —  Oxlo Systems Inc. and Karmak, Inc., announce an agreement for Oxlo to provide Ford dealer communication system integration for Karmak Legend Business Systems. By leveraging the Oxlo Dealer Integration Network, Karmak’s Legend systems will quickly integrate with Ford.

“We’re excited to extend our services to the heavy-duty trucking market, and with Karmak’s experience and market presence they’re clearly the best partner for us,” commented Jim Lejeal, Oxlo CEO.

The new integration services offered by Karmak will provide services that span a wide array of factory communications at Ford, including parts, warranty, and sales integrations. The integrations were completed in January and the pilot program has just completed, enabling Karmak truck dealers to automate Ford communications without manual effort or re-entry of data. The significant time savings provided by the new Ford system will allow dealers more time to focus on customers and on growing their business.

“Delivering uniquely capable business management solutions is our focus, and we have always strived to offer thorough communications with OEMs. We are confident that the new Ford integration will provide progressive and seamless functionality for Ford dealers on the Karmak system,” says Bill Healy, Karmak President and CEO.
