James R. Costa, Sr. Appointed Western Area Manager for Karmak, Inc.

Trucking veteran named to management post with leading truck software company

Carlinville, Illinois (February 22, 2008) — Karmak, Inc. recently appointed James R. Costa, Sr. to the position of Western Area Manager. In his new capacity, Costa will manage Karmak's sales operations and Regional Managers in the western United States and Canadian provinces.

Costa comes to Karmak with significant years of experience in the heavy-duty truck and commercial vehicle services industries. Formerly, Costa served as Area Vice President for Idealease, Inc., as Corporate Marketing Manager for Isuzu Motors America, Inc., as Director of Marketing for Rollins Truck Leasing, and as Director of Sales and Marketing / Western U.S. for McDonnell-Douglas Truck Services. Costa began his career with Ryder Systems, Inc.

Costa is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He also completed post graduate courses in marketing at Columbia University, and vehicular engineering courses with the Ford Motor Institute.

Currently a resident of Kennesaw, Georgia, Costa will relocate and establish new western area offices in southern Nevada.
