Help Desk Live

Help Desk Live allows Karmak Legend and INFO 5 business system users to easily monitor open and recently closed Karmak customer support incidents online. This free service lets you see what's happening with your open incidents at any time from your desktop, and improves communication with our Support groups. All you need is an Internet connection to view updated information about incidents, including:

  • Who called the incident in and when
  • The incident number
  • The Support representative who owns the incident
  • Incident status: how many days open or how long to close
  • A brief description of the incident

Help Desk Live is easy to use and lets you sort, search, e-mail, and export incident data to programs such as Excel. This can be useful for analyzing call patterns and pinpointing problem areas, such as the need for additional training in a particular area.

Help Desk Live is available to authorized contacts at your company. To request your Help Desk Live user name and password use our Help Desk Live Request Form, or contact Karen Zwicker at  or 800-252-7625. Once you receive your login information, our Customer Support group will contact you with additional information on using Help Desk Live.

ProfitMaster Discussion Board

ProfitMaster Discussion is our online discussion board for ProfitMaster users, as well as Legend and INFO 5 customers who are interested in ProfitMaster. Engage in ongoing discussions with other users and Karmak staff, request a feature or offer a suggestion. There are two ways to request a username and password. Director Series Discussion Board

Director Discussion is our online discussion board for Director Series users. Visitors can engage in ongoing discussions with other users and Karmak staff. Online Support and Meetings

New Procedure: Starting in April 2009, Karmak online Support and meetings will be conducted using Office Communicator Live Meeting, rather than WebEx.

Live Meetings allow you to attend a support session, training Webinar, or online demo via the Internet.

Prior to joining a Live Meeting for the first time, you will need to download the Live Meeting client. It takes just 30 seconds (with a normal high-speed internet connection) and only needs to be downloaded once.
