Customer permissions are controlled by system settings and pre-established accounts within your business system. System flexibility means efficiencyFrom setup to sales, the Administrative environment is designed for use by your in-house personnel. This environment provides you with flexibility in controlling which customers may purchase via the Internet. When your customer enters selection criteria, parts information will be retrieved on demand from your Karmak business system. Parts pricing for a customer, along with availability, is controlled by your business system. Once a customer completes the checkout process, your business system processes and fulfills the orders, emailing an acknowledgement back to your customer. Data storage contained within Internet Parts Sales includes customer passwords and email addresses, shopping cart details of orders in process, and your company’s specific setup information.
