Many enhancements have been made to our exclusive customer website, Customer Confidential. If you are a Legend, ProfitMaster, Director Series, or INFO 5 customer, use one of the forms below to request your new Customer Confidential login. This is a company-wide login and we encourage all in your organization to utilize it. Previous passwords to the old Customer Confidential site have now expired.

The new site is designed for all customers as a one-stop resource for Karmak announcements, contacts, training and conference schedules, documentation, discussion boards, literature on new products and services, and more. In addition, you can customize the site to display portions that are relevant to you and set up e-mail alerts that notify you when a section has been updated.
