Mark is a Professional Advisor with Keith Ely and Associates, a training and consulting company. Over the past 17 years, Mark has helped hundreds of dealerships and independent shops improve their processes, customer retention, and profits. During his 37-year career, he was general manager/director of operations for Dixon Hughes, and held other positions including technician, service manager, and fixed operations director for multiple dealerships and service shops.

Previously, Kevin has held positions such as software engineer, information systems professional, and information systems manager.

Take a break with catered refreshments, talk with members of the Karmak team and representatives from leading technology vendors to discuss current products and services. Karmak sales staff will be available to answer your questions and demonstrate all Karmak products. In addition, our Communication Center offers free Internet and printer access during the conference.
